Service Description. This Site describes Entertainment Services, Mobile Laser Tag, Mobile Photo Booth provided by Loki Entertainment LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://photoboothsantee.com is the property of Loki Entertainment LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Loki Entertainment LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loki Entertainment LLC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Loki Entertainment LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Loki Entertainment LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
